Get your kids out of public schools if you can. Homeschooling resources have come a long, long way. Any fears of social awkwardness pale next to federal indoctrination.

Leftism is all about equalizing things that are not naturally equal. It's gonna be hard for them to equalize recorded history because white men did almost everything.
But it reminds me of the first revisionism I ever encountered IRL. It was back in the 50s during the Cold War. The big joke was the Russian indoctrination of their school kids on history. They taught that the Russians invented everything... electricity, medicine, cars, planes, telephones, etc.
So, today's efforts to rewrite history are just repeating what their fellow communists did long ago.

My son is in St Tammany School district and we ask him every week what they are teaching him in social studies. So far so good but he is in 7th grade.

You don’t have to go far to see this here in Louisiana. Just talk to any Ben Franklin high graduate. The number one public school in Louisiana and the kids are brain washed. It’s disgusting.
