I even get a 2 week paid vacation over Christmas. Our office closes too.

First year in TX I am actually working MLK day. Company is trying to be more flexible and gave us a bank of holiday hours to be used how we want on top of our normal vacation hours. I’m using the holiday allotment for MLK day for Memorial Day weekend. Going to get a 5-day holiday weekend.

MLK day was normally an optional day for our company. Around 5 years ago they made it a company holiday.
