New Range

We're going to start a kitchen remodel. We currently have a cook top and want to move to a Range. We've looked at several lines and narrowed down to Wolf and La Cornue.
I want a Wolf. My wife wants La Cornue which I know nothing about other than checking out the website. LINK
My point is about Wolf is that they're readily available, easily serviced and very high quality. The Cornue is not widely available. I agree that they look pretty nice but beyond the look, are they worth it?
Any advise is appreciated.

For starters, those things are hideous. I agree about Wolf being easily serviced and that stuff. I have Thermador- next house will as well.

My girlfriend brought that exact brand up and I shut that down. Had no idea where it came from until I found out Joanna Gaines is using one on her new show. All is now clear.
Just tell the wife that when her TV show becomes so successful that she can afford to build a kitchen to film in that she can put whatever range in there that she wants.

Le Cornue is unicorn material. I have no experience with them but they are beautiful, heavy and expensive. The only downside cost/service aside is that they have no window to see how your food is cooking. I guess you have to open the door (lose heat).
I have a dual fuel Wolf which I LOVE.

Capital is the best made look into them. You can tear them down with out tools for cleaning too.
