What happens if the legislature in GA finds fraud.

What will Ms Lindsey, say after he did a press conference about there was no fraud?

I love how now they can find as much money as they need to arrest everyone who broke into a public building and harassed them.

I wonder if they will put forth the same effort to arrest everyone in the country of Chas, who destroyed federal buildings in the riots over the summer, started a fire in a church near the White House, and burned down Minneapolis?

They also need to arrest the nerd who looted legos from a Target in Minneapolis!

The only reason they did this show is because the crowd intimidated them. Over a few people who broke the law they will try to shut down any sort of protest in the future unless it is BLM or Antifa.
They do not want the avg middle class peasants facing them in person.

Thought experiment: I attempt sue you because my yard was destroyed, and I contend it was your 12-foot tall pet cricket that did the damage. No court will consider my case, because 12-foot crickets DNE and you can't provide a whit of evidence that it does. Since my claim hasn't been adjudicated, am I now justified in popping a cap in your arse?

Not quite a good analogy.

Sure, nobody can find the 12 foot cricket now. But there are cricket footprints all over your destroyed yard larger than cow tracks, and some poop in your yard that scientists said was from a cricket.

Courts said that wasn't enough evidence to warrant a case.

How could he have hired such terrible lawyers that he couldn't even have a proper case filed in 60 something attempts?

And so it begins.
The word violent has been erroneously inserted into the scenario.
The reality of what transpired continues to devolve.

Which time did they try to illegally access the senate offices, while in session?

Isn't court where you show your evidence? If the courts refuse to allow evidence to be presented, justice is not served.

Yet the confederate statues, of real people, who really stole civil liberties, are perfectly ok?

I mean the only actual violence that was committed by Trump supporters that I am aware of was entering the Capitol building.

A police officer is dead. 15 police officers were hospitalized. 60 police officers were injured. A protester is dead. The Vice President had to be evacuated. Pipe bombs were found and neutralized by bomb squads at the RNC and DNC headquarters.

It was unlike the looting and destruction that happened all summer, yet the media and Washington were immediately outraged and calling for heads. The hypocrisy and double standards are so stark it’s incredible.

It was the United States Capital Building!

Our Congressional people were in session there!

It wasn't some podunk city square in the middle of summer!

If I'm incorrect, please set the record straight.

This is incorrect. I get that its to keep track since it's like 60 cases, but a number of them did rule on the merits. Most recently, the 7th Circuit rejected a ridiculous Wisconsin challenge on the merits.

Your bigger issue is that Trump's team repeated chose not to bring fraud cases and when asked is this a fraud action, told the judges (plural), "no!" You can't complain about not getting relief for your claims if you never actually make the claims in a forum where relief can be granted.

All the more reason for a display of force. There was purpose behind it. The morons in Portland tried to burn down a federal building every night for a god damn month, and nary a one of them had any clue why they were doing it (aside from getting a paycheck to raise hell).

What an incredibly dumb analogy, as voting fraud clearly DOES exist. Whether it took place in this election is the exact reason a true investigation was warranted, but to compare it to something which does not exist is patently absurd.

I hope this made more sense in your own head.

Do we know how much of that was inflicted by Trump supporters?

Oh no. Not Congress! Burn, loot, and assault citizens, but leave those good people of congress alone!

A summary of evidence is including in the filings, and was shown in all cases, to not warrant a trial.
It was likely the fact that during pre-trial, the lawyers were asked if they were alleging fraud, and they all answered "no". What they were claiming on Twitter and in court, were two different things.
