Every Subaru driver in Montana has a story about pulling a F250 4x4 out of the snow always belonging to some idiot from the south that drove up there to hunt , and thought they had the proper vehicle. One winter my son made a bunch of money towing hunters in pickups up the hill to a lodge with his Outback, the trucks rear wheels would break loose on the ice swap ends.

It’s very popular with the LBGTQ demographic.

Yep.

Great vehicles for all weather conditions. Sturdy, reliable and doesn't cost 50k+

Given it is invisible it should cut down on speeding tickets but increase your chances of someone running into you.

Probably 20% of local vehicles are Subarus, most are owned by straight white people who prefer driving them in winter over their F-250 which will slide in the ditch.

We looked at them - we need something that seats 8 - the CVT transmissions are kind of scary bc like half give out down the road

If we could’ve gotten it in a manual transmission ( ) we would’ve considered it more

Are they popular with lesbians and libs? Yes, they are.

Are they the best everyday vehicle for people who live in locations with lots of rain and snow? Yes, they are.

We have a Limited Outback and will consider the Ascent for our next purchase. They're great cars.

I kinda like the concept models for the new Subaru Viziv Adrenalines. Not exactly my particular style but I usually hate all new vehicle aesthetics and that one is a pleasant surprise.

It's having transmission issues, but the Outback with same transmission is not.

I think its too heavy for it's transmission.

I have a 2019 Outback Limited, and a 2005 Baja, ftr. Love Subaru's overall. But stay away from the Ascent for now.
