What ever happened to the gay sports radio guy that sent a homophobic message to himself?

In New Orleans. Did anything ever come of this? Did he get in any trouble? Sue the station? I don't recall seeing any follow up.

NOPD I believe had some charges against him but to my knowledge nothing came of them. His attorney had dropped him and its all just kind of gone away.
I believe he is living in Seattle or Portland which is fitting.

I just remember T-Bob going on about how terrible it was, and that this guy was the picture of integrity, professionalism, and just an overall great human.
