This woman was fired from Google for "sending an email" and she's pissed

Well thats what her and her little activist army say. I know we stereotype what silicon valley folks are like but I tend to believe most folks are not too nutty in most settings. This person is full blast.

Remember when I said that every time I wrote an email to a list that’s supposed to be for women and allies I got harassed? Who do you think by? And you have leaders who are talking heads about DEI working with known toxic HR BPs.

They have had it in for me since day 1. So much to say about this but I’ll save it for later. Many stories about what they said and did (about me to others). Malini Rao, I had also heard, had a huge hand in pushing out another woman out of research a while ago, a DEI advocate.

She just got fired for probably being an everyday headache. Not an abnormal firing and these people are ready to burn it down. There's no way these people can claim they've faced much adversity.

About what I figured.
Most organizations want to hire someone that fits a mold of a good worker. People who rock the boat better have a work product that justifies the amount of bullshite they cause.

At my old company we had a black woman who was terrible at her job, and on top of it was a daily PITA who complained about everything at meetings. I was the senior analyst and she was my backfill. My boss put her on a PIP and after she worsened instead of showing any improvement, canned her arse. Lo and behold, she filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against the company. They had piles and piles of documentation outlining the just firing, but nevertheless, the company ended up settling with her for $10K.
People wonder why there's a new push in corporate America to go woke... it's all litigation BS to avoid discrimination lawsuits.
