There are plenty of women that have had multiple children and look better than they did before.
Don’t use that as an a excuse for being fat and lazy.
Sure children and age do effect women more or worse than men but that doesn’t just give you a free pass to being a slob

I know a woman who works out several times a week and is still pretty fat. Not as fat as she used to be, but damn, she's been doing this like 4 or 5 years. She must eat like a lineman, because she looks like one.
