Davis’s two SBs went a long way to getting him in.

You mean working for NFL Network got him a long way in. Just like Warner, they are guys that should not be in, but are in.

I doubt Fred Taylor gets in any year.

There were so many early 2000s RBs that played great. Any given year there 16-18 1K yard rushers. And Fred stood out more then most but he didn’t have any one season where he was the best. Only one season when he was undoubtedly a top 3 RB.

I think there’s only 1 player in the modern era of the NFL that doesn’t have at least 1 1st-team All Pro selection, and that’s Troy Aikman. Gore will get in at some point with only a 2nd team selection too but he is the 2nd all time leading rusher. Taylor’s numbers (especially TDs) don’t rank that high.

Kurt Warner had 5 years and that is it. He is not a longevity QB, he had offenses that were loaded with talent, and he just is not a person that I would say is a HOF QB. He is in that tier of next step below. NFL Network got him and TD in.

He was replaced 3 separate times in his career by QB's that people on here trash.

Well the argument I’ve heard is he wasn’t elite for long enough. He was benched like 3x in his career too.

C. Woodson, Manning, C. Johnson, Mills, Faneca

Last two are who I hope get in. First 3 are all but guaranteed. I doubt Mills ever gets in though he deserves it

If it was not for a dirty play by Rodney Harrison Trent Green goes in the HOF. Rodney is and always has been a bad person.

5 years?????? He led his teams to 6 playoffs and three Super Bowls.... you can say he was on teams with a lot of talent but he also made them better.

Should Joe Namath be in before Kurt Warner?????

Warner has 2 MVPs and a ring and another 2 SB appearances. Steve Young only has like 7 years of solid QBing too as well as shitty seasons outside of his San Fran years, should he not be in the hall as well?

Yes because Joe Namath threw for over 4000 yards and 3000 twice in the 60's. Was the face of the AFL.
Super Bowl champion (III)
Super Bowl MVP (III)
Second-team All-Pro (1972)
Pro Bowl (1972)
NFL Comeback Player of the Year (1974)
NFL passing yards leader (1966, 1967, 1972)
NFL passing touchdowns leader (1972)
AFL champion (1968)
4× AFL All-Star (1965, 1967–1969)
First-team All-AFL (1968)
3× Second-team All-AFL (1966, 1967, 1969)
2× AFL Most Valuable Player (1968, 1969)
AFL Rookie of the Year (1965)
2× AFL passing yards leader (1966, 1967)
AFL All-Time Team

That is HOF worthy.

Herschel Walker needs to be in the HOF also.

It is not the NFL it is the Pro HoF.

Stop being dumb.

So then on top of Warner's NFL career add his Arena career to it too

Not at all. TWO playoff teams all those years... you say that Warner got in because of being on the NFL network is dumb....... I noticed you did not include how many int’s Joe threw over his career.... Joe Namath got in because he just happened to say that the Jets were gonna win the SB like two days before it was played.. now granted I’ll give him credit for backing up his prediction, but ONE game doesn’t make him a HOF player....

Oh the int argument okay. You do know the offense that Namath ran for the Jets is what teams were using until just recently? You did know that the rules were changed in late 70's so interceptions were easier to come by? So if you want to compare apples to apples go ahead. But Namath to Warner is apples to walnuts, as the eras were different and you can not compare eras.

Why is it the top are all guys that played since 2000? You do know Chad Pennington had the 4th best percentage in history for a year (tied with someone who is currently injured)? Want to guess who is the 3rd?

Comparing eras is dumb but go ahead and try it, because you can not.

Okay if you want to add that 2 year stint fine. Then you need to Hunkie Cooper and Shedrick Bonner to HoF.
