AR Purchase Advice

I am looking to purchase a AR in the next day or so and I have these options:
Radical Firearms RF-15 ~$900
Smith & Wesson, M&P-15 Sport II ~$700
POF Minuteman ~$1,400
I know very little about these guns, so I was hoping yall could help me with the decision. The reviews online seem positive, but the Radical seems to have more negative comments than any of the others. The gun for $1,400 is probably out of my budget after considering additional items I will need to purchase with the gun, regardless of gun selected. I appreciate any suggestions.

Get the S&W and a decent red dot and call it a day

M&P sport is the easy choice IMO. Thats a high price for one but you won't find an AR cheaper than that these days

Spill way sportsman in brusly had the s&w a month ago when I bought mine. Paid 750. They had the one with a red dot for 850

Would any of y’all particularly dissuade buying assembled lower and upper from PSA? At least as a starting point to slowly upgrade over time?

No. But I wouldn’t upgrade it over time. Just get another whole second rifle

Because PSA is arse or because more guns = good?

More is better
Extra parts lying around tend to form new rifles

I have the S&W with a Crimson Trace (Red/Green Dot) and love it. I want to get a 3x optical that can be folded out of the way but haven't had the chance to research it yet. I also want to change out the barrel handguard, but it is fine stock from the factory. Mine is chambered in 5.56.

Smith & Wesson. It's not a good looking rifle with the exposed gas block, but I'm sure it will be decent quality. Pretty sure that was the rifle that the Rittenhause kid had.
Edit, The S&W I saw the other day, had the exposed gas block and no sights. The model M&P sport II that I am finding on the internet is different, and has front sight post and rear sights mounted. I like that much better.

I bought one of their completed rifles in July. I have really liked it so far

NTY specifically, but since PSA rifles are being discussed some...
I have one of their M4 Carbines and the bolt doesn't stay open after the last round is fired. I've only shot about 120 rounds out of it, but it has happened each time. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
Thanks.

Try different magazines.

If those are your choices, get the Smith. It is not a fighting rifle, but they run OK. It is not worth upgrading unless something breaks.
If this was February I would have told you to pick up an LMT for $800-$900 or order a Build your blaster from SOLGW, but right now it is sort of get what you can get.
Radical firearms puts out garbage guns. Parts quality is LOW and QC sucks.

Smith & Wesson, M&P-15 Sport II ~$700
ETA: If you're looking for another option, might I suggest the Core XV M4 Scout Keymod. $1100 custom built, 4 week turnaround. Comes in .223, 300 blackout or 6.5 Grendel. I've got one in .223 and I love it. With an optic, some other stock/grip/light/sling mods I'm around $1600 into it all in

Why do you say it is not a fighting rifle?

Check these out. Few friends bought these and like them.
You can pick color and setup.

The magazines I used are Magpul Pmag Gen2s. I just bought some aluminum magazines to try. Hope that works.
Thanks
