Why has Biden been so angry the last week or so?

pretty much all his appearances over the last 7-8 days he's been noticeably angry, agitated, and pretty much yelling at the parked cars.

He’s old and tired. That’s why he basically didn’t campaign all summer and they called kids all fall.
