Aged 3.5 weeks. Prime ribeye. Wrappings changed each day. Fresh cracked pepper and each other day Maldon sea salt.
1-3/4” Each Off of a beautiful roast.
Will have crab legs and my best charcuterie board yet with the finest cheeses I can procure.
Crab legs. Champagne,
Having one hell Of a party.

So either we ring out the end with a feast, or we ring in the beginnings of round two with one. Either way, going all out. What’s on your menu?

Will add as new vittles required.

Damn man. I feel like an idiot for ever stepping foot in a Outback now
Edit: Looks amazing, I’ll be eating Tacos and bunch of Queso in honor of our Hispanic brothers and sisters who will hopefully push Trump to victory.

New Mexico HATCH CHILE Salsa!

I made Trump-Style (HOT) and a Biden Version (weak, soft, pansy-esque)

FYI.. the Trump-Style is SCORCHING!

Pizza and Yuengling lager. Same as 4 years ago. Not superstitious but why risk it?

Hoping dessert taste the same...taste of victory is my favorite. Better than bacon.
