Because we lost out on a recruit and Ika is transferring? Jeez, neither of these are a big deal at all in the grand scheme of things.

Not signing the #1 safety in the fricking country that’s from Louisiana and Bama gets him is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things?

A lot of drama on this board. Ika is way overweight. If Sage wants out of La. and in on Tuscaloosa, so be it. O's decided to go 4 - 3 and that's the end of it. We beat everybody last year with players who want to be at LSU. Anyone who wants out should get out. I will take a natty every 4 or 5 years and live with what happens between. Let's see how the 2021 class plays out.

That and we lost to 2 of the worst teams on our schedule, our DC has let our top players from last season (Stingley, Stevens, others) regress, people are out of position, poor tackling, the run defense is virtually nonexistent and our defense as a unit has not been very good, consistently. Our DC makes no adjustments and he's paid a ton to have an LSU defense.
Great coaches use their players talents and capitalize on it, it's not the other way around. Use the talents of the players you have, at this point the attrition excuse is not an excuse.
