I am trying to decipher if she really is whacked out, or if the video is somehow being slow down. But there doesn’t seem to be any distortion with the background noise, so I don’t know how a video like that can be manipulated coming from the source.
And if you look at the substance of her comments, she’s literally making no sense. She’s crying about the pandemic, the people who have died, and how the families were not able to be with them. Who talks like her? We all know people who talk like Trump (“Unbelievable”, “Incredible”, “Believe Me”), Biden (“Come on Man”, “Cut the Crap”), and Pence (Well Pence just sounds normal), but does anyone know someone who talks with an intermittent laugh for everything that’s not remotely meant to be funny?
