Braves just went to game 7 against the World Series favorites. Haven’t been to the NLCS in 19 years. Huh?
Think it has more to do with the fact we choked a 3-1 lead.
If we had lost 4-1 or something I would feel better.

We wasted an MVP season from Freddie and Ozuna leading the NL in homers.
Yeah, offense let us down the last two games, but starting pitching is what ultimately fricked us.
In this series we started Kyle Wright, Bryse Wilson and AJ Minter.

I agree, and it's because AA gave up on the year
In a vacuum, sure, I understand why. It's not realistic to expect two kids to become aces for a stretch to close the year and start the playoffs.
But it just always seems like there is some value proposition that keeps us from making a move. I'm sick of "we're not going to force a deal just to make one" from AA. You're going to have to roll the dice and reach.

I just hate that we have to wait another year to get here again. If AA doesn’t make any offseason moves there will be less energy going into opening day since the rebuilding years.

If you believe the nl is getting the DH soon you gotta sign Ozuna. If not I’m not sure you give Ozuna a 4 year deal. The rotation is clearly gonna be Fried, Anderson, Wright, and Wison to start the year. We will add a starter this off-season and when Soroka comes back we send either Wright or Wilson to AAA. We’re pretty much set on offense and it depends on what happens with Ozuna.

that cocksucking GM better sign studs.
i want a staff that can win games 1-0 like back with glavine and smoltz and maddux when bats were cold.
we cannot win those games anymore. we need stud pitchers.

I thought I read somewhere that the plan is no DH in 2021 but there will be one in 2022. Who knows? Either way re-sign Ozuna.

I don’t understand how we have the worst luck in baseball

Pretty sure the DH is agreed upon for 21. I think it is here to stay

AA's biggest reasoning for not throwing money around was that we had a deep farm.
Well, now that we've called a lot of guys up, that farm isn't so deep. He better fricking make some moves and not moves because they are cost-efficient but don't move the needle, we need to make moves that improve this team regardless of money.
We were one win away from the World Series. It's not about the future anymore, it's about the now.
We have a fricking solid nucleus of Freddie, Acuna, Albies, Soroka and Fried. Time to round that shite out with some studs that put us over the top.

Did anyone really want to win the WS in this weird shortened season in a neutral site? I know I didn't...

What? We just took a far and away World Series favorite to a game 7 without our Cy Young candidate.
That team belonged vs the Dodgers and I LOVE it for the young players. Very important.

I’m also interested to see what we do with all the pitchers sitting at the alternate site.
