In my youth, I was a raging Lib who at one point sat and discussed with his friends how "cool" desecrating churches and blaspheming was (sooooo edgy).
I also went thru my "independent" "muh both sides" idiocy then opened my eyes.
Additionally I went from a kid forced to attend Church to Agnosti/Atheist/DabblerInDarkThings openly vocal , fearless ENEMY of Christ to where I am now.
Don't be so egotistical as to think that many of us dumb ole' Hillbillies arrived at our beliefs overnight and can't see alternate points of view.

The GOP says the Dems will doom the country by installing communism.

The Democrats have been proven to project that which they are guilty of onto their opponents. Their increased insane rhetoric is a mirror image of who they actually are.

Perhaps the sad reality lies in the fact that both parties have betrayed the American people.
There is no way that approximately 537
Senators and congress people can legislate fairly for the 340,000,000 that occupy our land. These people care only for power to perpetuate the goals of the elitists who manipulate the common folk like puppets.
The great majority on both sides of the political spectrum are a decent, moral lot wishing freedom to pursue their dreams. The day may have arrived where the battle to exist depends upon the elimination of the politicos in D.C. who have abandoned us to further their agenda.
I shudder to think what havoc the aftermath of such a conflagration will spell for the remnants of the nation.

My sister is convinced that Trump is the anti-Christ and tells me so in ALL CAPS. I just shrug in wonderment. She isn't a Bible follower, so why does she even worry about that?
On the flip side, I don't think of Biden as necessarily a super demonic type, but rather a really corrupt, arrogant, jerk who supports or allows really bad policy ideas.

Those two are more similar than different. Bush was a big spending, war mongering, open borders, weak trade, China-whore. The only difference is Obama was an open ideologue.
Biden has pushed even further left and represents a very vocal, very powerful sect of his party that want aggressive codified racism, law enforcement decisions that will result in higher crime across the board, green power legislation that would bankrupt our energy sector and send costs through the roof, higher taxes and regulation in a forced down economy. The man has threatened to shut down the economy again over covid. He wants to regurgitate more Obamacare, which was an abysmal failure. He's absolutely a Chinese puppet and would destroy any gains we've made industrially the past few years.
Bush and Obama were both disastrous Presidents. Biden is at best a corrupt moron and at worst a dementia-ridden vegetable. His running mate is a raging lunatic who slept her way to where she is. With leftist proposals like destroying the electoral college, removing the filibuster, court packing, ballot harvesting and making DC and Puerto Rico states...this is the most consequential election of our times if you are truly a conservative.
