It's simple really... jeans are the tell
Blue/black jeans on means sleeves are 100% accurate and cover your butthole
Slacks and sleeves means shite hasn't hit the fan yet, but it very well could
It's a sliding scale based on the pants

In a meteorology class I learned that the actual winds experienced in the north east quadrant during a hurricane are the sustained winds + the forward movement speed.
So with a storm like zeta getting picked up and thrown north quickly, is it possible we could see some inflated sustained winds nearly 20 mph faster than what is reported as sustained?
This neglects gusts, of course
