Sure hope everyone comes through safe. What's happening down there right now?

Tarp and power still on at my house per neighbor that stayed. Drinking cask strength MM and coors light waiting on fried trout, ribs and brisket in Pittsburg Texas. Really need my boat to come through so I can fish next week.

Well, I'm in New Orleans and once again we dodged the bullet with the last 2 to his the Gulf Coast.
Unfortunately for the western portion of the state, they are getting their second helping of a major storm in just a few short weeks. I feel bad for those folks for sure.
It's been one crazy "Hurricane Season' this year. It's like it just doesn't want to end.
I wish everyone in the direct path good luck.

Lafayette is getting to he worst of all day so far. Some wind and a little rain, not too bad all things considered.

Blowing like a bus load of hookers in WBR. Raining sheets and gusty. So sick of this shite.
Those snow capped mountains are really looking better and better.

Bayou behind my house is highest I have ever seen. Maybe the hyacinths will float away to someone else.

Gusts down to 52mph from 90mph, doubt my tarps are still there. Neighbor will check and report am on additional damage. At this point it really doesn’t matter, all they can do is gut the remaining dry wall left.
