Have a contingency plan in case to play at Mizzou. But dont make any final decisions until it has to be moved.
Move it to Missouri for two straight years.

Not looking good this am., current projections show eastern eye wall hitting N.O.. Could become cat 4 before getting into open Gulf. Currently they say it will drop to Cat 2 by landfall but I'm not buying that.

One hopes a contingency plan is in place...

Cat 2 hitting Friday night/gameday AM. Move to COMO. Lets play.

This. Just make the decision and move it. This year is already so screwed up, and it's not like Mizzou is UF or UGA. We should have no problems handling them at their house.

Move it to ArkKansas. The have tow locations. Didn't check Arkansas schedule.

Need to go ahead and move it. Should be way easier than normal to move it up there and there is no point in waiting til the last minute.

agree, it'll probably be wednesday before they make the call though
that still leaves them enough time to pull everything off

Considering that ticket buying fans aren’t really a big deal this year, the logistics of changing venue shouldn’t be a big hurdle. They could even hypothetically move the game to Shreveport based on the current forecast.

This is from Scott Rabalais this morning in The Advocate. Take it FWIW...

Munson said LSU is of course monitoring the progress of Hurricane Delta as it boils across the Gulf of Mexico. As of Monday night, the storm was predicted to make landfall on the southeast Louisiana coast Friday afternoon, but Munson stressed it was too early to predict how it may or may not impact Saturday night’s game.
One thing not to expect: the game getting moved. The SEC carefully recrafted a 10-game conference-only schedule with five road and five home games and isn’t likely to upset that balance. I figure the game could certainly get postponed, but not moved.

Postpone game to dec 12th
No
Don't care about more fans at this point.
At this point, the team needs this game to continue their confidence building and develop chemistry headed to UF. Thats more important than pushing it later in the season so we can have more fans in the stands for it.

Because it was just soooooo difficult to create a schedule where an even amount of teams played each other an equal number of times?
I’ll survive if they don’t move the game to CoMo, but the stated reason of “we worked too hard on the schedule, we can’t upset that balance” is really stupid.

We have been through this before, delay the game until Monday.

Well this is just fricking stupid.

Actually moving it to War Memorial in Little Rock wouldn't be a bad option. The only thing is, if you're gonna move it, get it completely out of the potential rain areas from storm. No need to play in a downpour and L.R. is in line for rain.

Unlike the other storms this year, this one is slowly creeping towards BR. If it continues at this pace, we could have a hurricane pass over BR on Friday, which would make it difficult to hold the game here. I would expect that they may make the decision tomorrow to move the game. I'm not sure we want to play a Monday game with a game at Florida next weekend.

How about moving it UP and playing Thurs night? Too late for that?

I came here to post this. It would be the most “fair.” I’m not sure of the logistical issues of putting on a game there last minute, though. May not be practical.
