Yeah, it's not a Jeep. It may be nice, but they should have marketed it as a Chrysler or something.

Hey look, it's one of those people

Its the best "all packages of this car look good" car on the road.

I drive one. Allowed me to pay it off in like 6 months and ill drive it for 10 years. no complaints other than the fricking "motor turns off when stopped for eco friendly bs" feature

The 4 wheel drive system on the one I had was crapola.

I like the size of the JGC. It's one of the few remaining classic sized SUVs
I think the shape of it makes it seem smaller than it actually is. It's roughly the same size as a lot of mid-sized suvs (4runner, Acadia, Pilot, Highlander, RX, X5, GLE, XC60, etc...).

ETA: Around here it seems like it was a very popular car for women about 5 years ago, now I feel like they are gravitating to the Expediation.

THe biggest piece of crap in vehicle history. Looks nice and fancy but is a literal lemon. Bought my daughter one and it was always broken down. Numerous recalls. Engine failures. Leather lining peeling after a month or so. Was told by Jeep that it was because it was hot in Louisiana. F that. Good friend of ours had the same car and experienced the exact same shite. Will never buy a piece of Jeep product ever again.

Had one for 9 years. Routine maintenance and that's it.

I've never owned one but used to travel a lot and always got them as rentals. I will say, they are one of the best driving/riding mid-size SUV's you will drive. Problem is, I've had two of them break down and left me stranded on side of the road, with both under 10k miles.

Buddy had a 2007 with a 5.7L V8 Hemi. He drove it until the wheels fell off. It was an incredible vehicle for him.

I've heard nothing but nightmares regarding the newer models.

It's a shame too bc I think they are one of the best looking SUV's on the road.

I normally get tired of vehicles in 2-3 years but I bought a 2105 G.C. Overland new and have not had any thoughts of replacing it. Still enjoy the ride and with 90K miles I have had no issues at all, just regular maintenance. Smooth ride for an SUV and it is the right size for someone that doesn’t need a tank to get around.

You’ll get 50/50 responses on here about being great or total crap. I read the same stuff when I was shopping but the test drive sold me. I suggest you do the same and make your decision.

I have a 2014 with 110k miles and only two minor repairs so far outside routine maintenance.

nice vehicle, but the transmission is terrible

My father was a 30+ year Jeep Cherokee buyer and left because of the shite 9 and 8 speed trannies.
