I’ve got an ‘08 with 220,000 miles. Still runs like a top.
Besides the standard wear items (struts, alternator, battery) the only problem was a vacuum leak on an idle sensor. It’s an easy car to work on, and it is a very comfortable ride.
I am actually amazed that it’s still running so well, knock on wood.

OP here. Thanks to everyone for responding. Honestly, the responses in this thread vary so much that it's hard to know what to do with the information.

I’ve owned several JCG’s and loved them all. They handled great and were very comfortable to ride in. Unfortunately after about 4 years into each of them the “minor” issues start to wear on you. The last one I owned will truly be the last Jeep I ever own. Got away from Jeep over 4 years ago for a more dependable brand and haven’t looked back.
I see some posts here with happy owners and plenty of miles on the odometer....maybe why I kept going back in hopes of being so lucky, but that wasn’t the case.

Well, it IS a Chrysler product so not far from the truth. So when did wheels fall off....15, 20K?! Not joking.
JGC for lease only...do not buy if you plan on keeping for awhile. Toyota, Lexus IS only answer

We’ve had three different ones and all were well maintained and ran a long time. Mom had a ‘95 that my sister ended up taking to college. Later she got a 2000, then my dad drove it some, and I got it in 2004 and drove it several more years. Traded in for a 2005 model that I sold in 2012, still running great. If you just change the oil and rotate the tires they’ll run a long time. Still hate they went away from the Inline 6.
