I’m building a house in Sarasota right now. Moving my 3 small kids before they get too old and we get stuck for another 20 years. I’m done with Louisiana.

The city did "do something" about it. They moved all of the panhandlers to live in hotels on Siegen to "protect" them from Covid.
I have a 2014 with 110k miles and only two minor repairs so far outside routine maintenance.
