Your thoughts are irrelevant considering the best meteorologists on this planet can’t pin down a storm this far out

You’re talking out of your arse and framing it as knowledge based

Just stop

I know we’ve been bitching about these shifts for a day or so now, but it’s at the point now that I’d be quite surprised if they go any further west from here.

The NHC is no longer trailing the early 12z guidance or the 6z GFS and hurricane models.

If you ignore the Euro (easier said than done) they’re actually west of the consensus it appears.

Don't really see any damage on those cams.

I figured it would look worse when that webcam lost its feed before sunrise. Guess they just needed to reboot and check the breaker.

Nothing is really funny about it shifting west towards an area that just got decimated a month ago.
Good thing that's not what's funny.

I'm talking out of my thoughts, if you don't like it, move to North Korea.

You want zero criticism for your thoughts yet pull a "LMAO! It's not going west of Laffy!!1!?!" response to someone who said it could go that way.

So we can add hypocrite to your resume.

This was something Chris Franklin on WWL-TV was talking about yesterday, that Delta might be moving so quickly, it could get further west before the trough picks it up. I wonder if that's fueling the model trend more west.

Why would you be surprised that this 24 hour trend to the West would suddenly halt now?

They are just left of consensus and mention they're sitting on the GFS, GFS ensemble mean, and UKMet center.

The hurricane watches into Texas are a nod to the Euro I think but I tend to agree it's not likely to get much farther west than the current path.

ETA: It's funny it's always the same idiots who gang up on people in these threads, the ones who have no life.

Terrible time for this for farmers across the southeast. I'm sitting in North AL looking at a field of soy beans that needs to be harvested now, and we could get 4-8" of rain from this.

No, I'm not a farmer. I just live around a bunch of them.

They say just this in their discussion. They say they are just left of model consensus. Not by much but a little.
