I'd pick Trip like someone else mentioned. He was smart, tough as nails and got more out of that ship than was thought possible. On top of that he goes out in a blaze of glory when the Alien's boarded the ship in the final episode. He could have escaped easily but chose to taken captive so he lure them into a trap and blew them to kingdom come.
Also..he got to tap T'Pol.
