Lifetime Hunting and Fishing license question

I’m buying one this year, but there is supposedly a several week waiting period. Do they offer a temporary one so I won’t have to buy two licenses this year?

Print and carry your receipt, that's all you need

Just got mine last week after a 4 or 5 week wait. Had to print a form and mail it in with check for amount. They don't answer the phone because of the virus effecting their staffing. It's really a joke!

Where do you live? If you drop application off at LDWF office it gets processed in like 5 days.

If you run any kinds of fishing traps you can get the lifetime for them also.
