I need a sure fire Netflix drama series because I botched the last one

After going on a great run with Mindhunters and Bodyguard I really screwed up with The Stranger. Mrs Pimp kept looking at me with that look and the dreaded eye roll as each scenario went from schlock to parody. A couple great leads were wasted with so many bad minor characters and community theatre level acting . Yikes.
Recommend a great drama/ crime fast burn show so that I can get my Netflix decision- making street cred back.

It’s not Netflix, it’s on Prime, but I’m making a run through Bosch right now. It is excellent.

The Stranger was horrible. My wife enjoyed it, but you're spot-on about the writing being ridiculous and the acting being subpar. We watched through the end and I still have no idea what the frick was going on with the decapitated alpaca.
