Ram, Lattimore, and Kamara are all due. I dont see how we can give appropriate contracts to all of them.

Not to mention to a lesser degree Williams and Anzalone.

How about he shows he can actually play back to back seasons before we discuss a contract for him.

Yeah he could become the next Nickovich but who could blame them if he doesn't stay healthy.

The order of precedence for contract extensions:

Ramczyk (may already be the best RT in the league)
Lattimore (Top 5 CB)

Kamara (top 5 RB)

I love Lattimore, I really do, don't get me wrong, but he's not a Top 5 CB...

Both of those players are not top 5 at their position. I'd say Lattimore is 6 or 7 and Kamara is about 8.

I can’t see paying Lat. he comes into camp 25 lbs over weight every year and takes three games to get into playing shape. This year will tell since there are no pre season games. Imagine that motivation with $50 million in the bank.

Does the salary cap keep going up no matter what? What happens when NFL revenue drops like a rock? Do these players take a pay cut or get cut?

In the early days, NFL players had to work second jobs in the off season. I don't remember any of them preaching and demanding we support criminals back then. They appreciated every fan and the hard earned money they spent to watch them.

Cap is expected to drop next year, so only going to get more difficult of the salaries keep escalating. Starting to shoot themselves in the foot like MLB.

I think we’ll end up letting M.Williams like we did Von Bell. Good player, but somebody like Gardner Johnson or PJ Williams could likely fill that role

Lattimore ain't top 5. He still living off his rookie hype. Last two seasons he has dropped off. Same thing for Kamara. Ram is top of the line though. #1 RT in my opinion

Latt might not be top 5, but we would be completely screwed without him.

He always starts off slow, but always becomes a legit #1.

Not really. Latt is not close to as good as Tre White. Tre White consistently brings you excellence every game.

Kamara was hurt last year. He is definitively a top 10 back when healthy And incredibly important to what the saints do offensively

Well lattimore is nowhere near Tre white so I’m not sure I agree. If he wants that money then he needs to improve his play.

People say this shite, and haven't watched a Buffalo game in years. Tre is good, but gets the same benefits of playing in an absolutely terrible division that Gilmore gets. They aren't head and shoulders better than someone like Lattimore.
