My GOAT
Colonel Buckley Christopher George Robley III was a heel ahead of his time. Were he a bit younger he would have been great on the national stage. He was responsible for developing guys like JYD and Jake the Snake.
The Big Cat may have had the best mike skills of any heel.

Aside from JYD, I liked the Macho Man because he played with the Reds and Mr. Wonderful because he played with the Saints.

Kerry Von Erich
That family needed some serious meds. I do think Kerry may have been different before his motorcycle accident. The combination of losing his foot and the pain meds was too much. Kerry's daughters seem to have avoided the curse.

Billy Graham wrestled Dusty Rhodes on one of the big Superdome cards. Graham was not someone folks watching Mid South were as familiar with but he was still able to bring the heel heat.
The card for that night....
Superdome Extravaganza 7/78
July 22, 1978 in New Orleans, LA
The Superdome drawing 23,800 ($142,675)
Mike George beat The Angel (Frank Morell).
Ron Bass pinned Randy Tyler.
Bobby Jaggers beat Brian Blair.
Jose Lothario beat Jerry Brown.
Wenona Littleheart won a "women's battle royal." Also in the match were: Kitty Adams, Fabulous Moolah, Suzetta Ferrera, Joyce Grable, Lelani Kai, Marie Laverne, Pepper Libianca, Angel Vachon, and Vicki Williams.
Dusty Rhodes beat Billy Graham.
Steven Littlebear & Eric the Red beat The Assassin & The Brute.
Mid-South North American Champ Paul Orndorff beat Bruiser Brody.
Ray Candy pinned Ernie Ladd in a "steel cage" match.
