Before 1970's the issue was not that bad. But something happened just before 1970. Non-marital birthrates increased for all demos but especially in the black community. And yes there is a strong correlation between non-marital birthrates and parental absenteeism.

This will never be pushed there's too been too much time an effort to diminish the Male patriarchy in this culture, In a socialist mindset the family unit has no importance.

Much easier is Personal Responsibility and Self-Reliance.
Stop expecting to be given something and stop being played as a victim.

That's true but the moms aren't all innocent. About 15 years ago there was an article in our statewide Ark. newspaper. A 25 yo black woman had seven kids by five different dads - and had never been married to any of them.
Word...
In particular 'baby daddy' - a couple of words that should never have been introduced into american society.

LBJ did this with his "Great Society" (reparations 1). A government check was much more reliable than a father with low pay who was sometimes unemployed. LBJ knew he was buying votes too.
Dems didn't care that single mothers raising boys has long been a primary source of young male delinquency.
Boom.

Absolutely
I’m a FloridaProbation and Parole Officer. These guys don’t even make an attempt at be8ngba father to their collection of kids. They used to at least pretend they were a father and occasionally involve themselves. Now, they just don’t care and neither do the mothers. You practically never see a black male involve themselves in raising their family.
Somehow this is “other” people’s fault. It just pisses me off to no end.

I feel where you're headed with your sentiment but I don't think marriage has much to do with it. You don't have to marry the psycho you knocked up to be a good dad to the child you brought into this world. The world needs good step-fathers too honestly. A large majority of kids are more influenced by step-parents than absentee birth parents.

Ok, boomer.

Dad's aren't going to take care of their kids as long as the federal government is giving single moms so much money.
People will follow the incentives in their own interest (short-term at least). This effect is not just in the black community, it is spreading.
It is becoming more common for young people of all races to have a baby at government expense, then get married and have a honeymoon.

Wouldn’t she get a larger welfare check with more kids? Is there an incentive to keep having them. Seems like that is her “job”

Dads, take care of your kids.
When we started paying women for having children ($$$ per child) as long as there was no male income provider in the house what should we expect?
Johnson said about the legislation at the time, "We'll (democrats) have the n***er vote for the next 200 years!"
The sad part about all of this is that it actually hurt the black community more than the rest. Out of wedlock black births have gone from roughly 15% up to nearly 80%.

There are 2 distinct issues that face our country:
1) the collapse of the family unit
2) the lack of respect for authority
What demographic depicts this trend?

By any means necessary pull them from public schools in the inner cities. It’s failing them.

There's a forest being missed due to all the illegitimate trees and that's "be more personally responsible". What that looks like is things like:
1. Stop fricking everything you see.
2. Wear a condom, pull out, do anything but knock up a chick.
3. Stop fricking crazy women.
4. Stop fricking women with multiple kids, especially when they are all from different daddies.
5. Stop fricking women who don't demand you wear a condom.
It doesn't end there, women need to follow the same rules for the same reasons.
1. Stop fricking everything you see.
2. A new child shouldn't be viewed as an extra paycheck.
3. Make the dude wear a condom.
4. Take the fricking pill.
5. Stop fricking guys with no job.
6. Stop fricking dudes with all sorts of children he already doesn't take care of (and by "take care of" I mean "has at least shared custody of and is current on child support").
I know these may seem Draconian to those who don't understand the definition of that word, but following these simple tips can make life so much less complicated.
