LSP has recently temporarily (hopefully) changed the requirements for applicants and has a requirement for notarized forms. Supposedly there was a security breach and the online application was not secure enough. So they've had to tighten it up and in the mean time are requiring notarized forms.
Did you have to deal with this? One of my students last week told me about it and it really surprised me.

It was for a new permit.
And my concealed class instructor was aware of the need to notarize some of the documents. So I had that done before I submitted the online application, and at the end of the online submittal you are instructed to scan and upload the documents.

What's the status on license renewals? I assumed most people that offered classes around BR had suspended services during all this. Mine is expiring in December but wasn't sure if LSP was going to grant a grace period.
