Masked Rebellion

I wear the stupid mask. I wear it bc I follow the freaking rules and because old people are terrified. Underneath I am seething with resentment. Here are my ways I rebel:
1) I tell Karens on their Facebook Posts about how I’m selfish if I don’t wear the mask that: you can order me to wear it, but you cannot order me to believe that it works. That sends them into a tirade and a panic, and I love it.
2) I run and walk for exercise (depending on the weather and my training goals). I refuse to wear a mask while so engaging. I see this one SJW lady who is on a similar route. I smile and wave at her even tho she looks like a fricking idiot in her Run Hard Live Easy T shirt, walking, overweight, in 95 degree weather with humidity with a moron mask on. She has never once waved back. Bitch sees me on the daily.
Because of her- I absolutely give the stink eye to morons wearing a mask while walking outdoors. They look like idiots, and they seriously could pass out from heat exhaustion. In the event that they do, I will not call an ambulance. I will keep moving as I try to hide the smug satisfaction on my unmasked face.
3) when going into a place of business, I wait until
I’m at the door before I put on the Moron Mask. I wear this dumb shite so businesses can open. I’m not making them close when my nemesis, the fat Karen in the Varsity Sports T-shirt, calls the cops on them, so I can prove a point. It just makes me feel better about myself if I’m not wearing it in the parking lot.
I did have a doctor’s appointment yesterday. The sign on the door said - don’t come in if you are sick. What the frick? Per my usual practice, I rolled my eyes and put on my dumb mask.
I’m out of other ideas. My best friend had it. I should have gone to her house for a chicken pox party and gotten this over with. I’m so sick of this stupid shite.

It’s posts like this that justifies our respectful crush on OP.

I just don't wear the mask in the business. When some bitchy cashier says to put it on, I glare at them and say that I have a medical condition

We need to start becoming maskholes and individually protest mask wearing. This can be done safely since the virus doesn’t spread during protest and because it’s an individual protest, social distancing rules can be observed

Don’t lie. You’re that overweight, unattractive masked lady with the homemade hair cut that won’t wave at me.

I’m in a similar place, except the only place I run to is the fridge for an ice cold brew.

I could have written this exact post. Basically how I feel.
I’m not sure there is anything that reeks more of stupidity than having to wear a mask at a restaurant until you get to your table. People sitting had masks off and were laughing, carrying conversations, etc...

The whole mask thing started when they thought Trump was never going to wear one.
They thought it was a dividing issue. So, naturally, in TDS style, they went crazy and tried to label Trump supporters as anti maskers.
Then they all started jumping through hoops to prove the validity of masks.
If masks truly work as they claim:
-There’s no need for mail in voting
-School can start
-Fauci cost thousands of lives

I heart you, Wednesday. You just get it.

Progressives always corner the market on marketing their ideas
"The mask isn't for you, it's for others. You don't want to be selfish? Do you?"

Nobody is going to be shut down if you don't wear a mask. If the workers don't wear masks, that's different. Only because a lot of bosses have been cowards during this whole thing, and just go along with whatever they're told. So, knowing that people need to work, I don't blame the employees for wearing them.
But we don't have to wear them, as customers. If people can pile up in the streets without them, no one is going to win a case against anyone else for not wearing them.
Look, the line simply has to be drawn. None of us are storming the beaches of Normandy, here. Much more bold actions have been taken in the name of liberty. When "rules" become tyrannical (I'm not just talking about the masks, but this whole situation) we have a right to revolt.

They arrested a man in Nashville for refusing to wear one outside.

I bought a shemagh as a protest.
It's fun. People are alarmed but, it fits the requirement.
It's actually a handy garment. You can use it when fishing to keep the sun and knats off your face.
there are several ways to tie a shemagh

Which is unconstitutional, and that man will be vindicated AND win a large cash settlement for his trouble.
