requires bias training for state employees.
This heifer doesn't realize the backlash this is going to cause. I don't know the percentage of black employees in Wisconsin state government presently but with a statewide percentage of 14 there's a lot of employees that aren't going to take lightly her politics being forced on them after what they have seen her do over the last several months.

If we all have bias because we can’t do anything about it, how is training going to change it? Because if training could help it, how would people know that you didn’t already have the training? It is flawed logic.

Everybodyjust wants to defund the police and stop systematic racism...
But yet No one seems to offer changes to FBI statistics that say the number one killer in the USA is young black males from 16 to 26 years old.
Racism is white people's fault, but lack of parenting is not the parents fault and definitely not due to government assistance but rather blames drugs and lack of education...
