Okay, governor - what's the first step? What system needs to be addressed first, and specifically what is the fix?

It's a damn shame what shitty politicians have done to Michigan over the years. That's one of the nicest states in the country with so much to offer but holy shite, they have elected some dumbfricks in that state over the years.

If systemic racism was so prevalent, then their go-to example would be something concrete, not abstract and impossible to prove like implicit bias.

I took this training for 20 years in the military. Was called Social Actions and renamed a dozen times. Know what I did? In one ear and out the other as I enjoyed a free hour off work. I don’t recall a single person paying the slightest bit of attention much less taking it seriously. Want me to take time off from my busy and demanding job to sit in a room and eat a bagel? Sold. Could talk about ancient Earth wind patterns for all I care.

Seriously, has work-level training like this ever curbed anything? Know how many sexual assault training courses I attended in 20 years? I don’t know, 50? 100? Guess what, rapes still happened. Sometimes rates went up. Sometimes down. I can state unequivocally a farking training course made zero impact. We might as well have dressed in Indian garb and prayed to animal spirits for all the good it did. But, at least I got out of work a bit at taxpayer expense.

OP, this type of trying will just be webinar lecture bull shite or they will pay a vendor for it and employees will just answer the dumb questions to get the training completed.

Not a fricking thing is ever learned in these idiotic trainings.

I had to do corporate training on this two weeks ago and it took me 3 minutes to complete 30 minutes of required training. It was so fricking stupid and easy it doesn't make a damn difference.

It's nothing more than virtual signaling.

Why would the governor of Michigan care about black employees in Wisconsin state government?

Step 1 toward International Health officials gaining a foothold in Michigan's law enforcement.

Lockdown all Whites who do not have 'Diversity Training' documents?

Wouldn't surprise me.

If I was a member of the Michigan state legislature I would be declaring Governor Whitmer a public health crisis, as well as a public intelligence crisis and a public competence crisis.

If racism is a health crisis, democrat progressivism is an actual pandemic.

Exactly. A while back there was a long thread asking for example of systemic racism. Even the board liberals struggled to cite real examples.

Sort of how BLM always cites the same handful of police killings and sometimes even reverts back to Michael Brown. If there were more or better examples they’d use them.
