His neurosurgeon came out and said it was perfect and he had no adverse effects.

The brain is very very sensitive. Seems downright dumb to even say this.
You have no idea how a person is going to recover or not recover after something like this.

Imagine hiring someone to the most complicated and demanding job in the world that holds the responsibility of millions of lives in his/her hands, and then imagine hiring someone with cognitive deficiencies due to brain disease.

You would think someone running for president would have more than one doctor telling us this. Probably the only doctor who would agree to say Joe is fine

There is a disconnect between his brain and his mouth. He knows what he wants to say, but it doesn't always come out exactly the way he intended. Cognitive decline is a bummer. Those two brain surgeries didn't help.
