Baws, let’s continue exercising and eating better

“Even alongside other health conditions, weight was the most significant risk she said. "We've heard that people with diabetes, for example, are at increased risk and that's absolutely true, but in many cases part of that increased risk is through being overweight. So when you adjust for overweight, actually the risk of having diabetes is much, much smaller. So obesity is the big risk factor."

Yea as said this should be obvious. Before Corona there were still heart attacks, diabetes etc. which are often caused from unhealthy lifestyles.

At least they closed all the gyms so people couldn't work out

Our 2 biggest employees, both female are about 700-800 lbs combined. Both of them got covid and didnt even know they had it. They just complained that they were tired, but when you drink nothing but cokes all day and haven't had exercise in 10+ years I imagine just being fat is tiring.

quote:

So obesity is the big risk factor.

No study was needed. This was known back in March when the news media would show a pic of a person that died of COVID. Every pic I saw was of a human at least 100 pounds overweight, and quite a few were more overweight than 100.

People need to walk 15-60 minutes a day if they do not get any other type of exercise. Try to consume less sugar and chips per week, especially those over 100 pounds overweight.
