Generic Claritin is called Loradatine, I take one every day. It was like 20 bucks for a year supply at Kroger’s.

Benadryl can make you very drowsy, I only take it at night or during peak allergies, also for bad mosquito bites because I’m horribly allergic.

By “office” do you mean a giant room with a bunch of partitions and cubicles, or a small room with your desk and a couple of chairs?

Small room with desk and chairs. Have been thinking about having it steam cleaned to see if that helps.

Was asking about a decongestant vs an antihistamine b/c I’m stopped up. Antihistamine just dries you out, right? So, Allegra D?

Haven’t tried this because of cost
Is it worth it

It is for me. Zyrtec knocks me on my arse so I use Xyzal instead. It’s worked better for me than the other OTC drugs. Amazon has it in generic. When I run out of what I have now I plan to try it. The reviews were good when I last looked.

I switched from Flonase to Nasacort and that’s helped as well. Flonase was too drying for me.

I also recommend Xlear sinus spray. It was recommended to me from a medical professional and I like it a lot more than the other saline sprays. I had to order it from amazon.

Sudafed was the best over the counter, allergy medicines, that some genius scientists or Medical Doctors invented but white shite birds like me ruined it for you Kreg and I’m sincerely sorry for it.

Zyrtec + Flonase

This, every day. I take the Zyrtec at night and the Flonase in the morning. As stated, the store brands will save you quite a bit. This has cut the number of sines infections I get to about once a year, down from three or four.

Flonase is the best but I only use it during the bad times of the year for allergies. I take Zyrtec daily and it controls symptoms most of the year. I have taken Allegra and Claritin in the past, way back when it was RX, now everything is OTC.

Generic Zyrtec and either Flonase or Nasocort. My allergies have been under control ever since I started the sprays.

Zyrtec generic everyday. If it gets worse, I add in Flonase.
