Looks like I called it right on the Polk Co triple murders. No dad, no drugs. Bingo!

And it was locals who followed over a beef. BINGO! And a woman is at least in the crowd, maybe she was material. Maybe not. You don't have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.

And the 26 year old that was arrested has been charged with 230 prior felonies.

If I recall the thread correctly, people weren't saying the dad was involved in the killing, only that he may have known what the beef was about. Stealing a truck appears to be the motive...is that a whole lot different than a drug deal gone wrong? We still don't know if that is true or if the dad knew about the stolen truck if true. I think your victory lap might be a little premature

What people were saying/ implying, was that the Dad was hiding evidence/drugs, because his story didn't sound true to them.

Tony "TJ" Wiggins, 26, a hardened criminal with 230 felony criminal charges against him in his arrest history, was the alleged ringleader behind the "massacre." His girlfriend, Mary Whittemore, 27, and his brother William "Robert" Wiggins, 21, have also been arrested.

Wiggins had been arrested in March for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and was released on bond.
Dude was just in prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was out on bond. You know that judge who granted bond has to be feeling bad today.
Also how does a guy have 230 felony charges in his history and still walk the streets? Whatever happened to "3 strikes" laws?

I questioned why the Dad didn't use his son's phone. The Chief explained that they had a hard time finding the phone when they began investigating. The son must have been laying on the phone or it was under something.

I called A BEEF, not THE BEEF. In any event the only thing that matters is they were caught and that sheriff down there has an intact rep. He also didn't fall for any of the head fakes and rumors. Those are poor people down there and he knew $30K would bring rain. And everyone was ignoring the fact that the son spoke to his dad briefly and you can be sure his dad asked him "who did this" and passed on some (maybe slight) info like 2 white guys and a woman. And of course a dip shite running the streets with 230 priors is a five star prospect.

There was like a 45% chance it was drugs and a 45% chance it was pussy. Congrats on basically winning a coin toss

With all the prior felonies at such a young age, how in the hell was he even on the streets?

Could this not still be true for the evidence part of a truck being stolen?
