I’m interested. Hoping they announce some first-party titles that aren’t FPS. Would like to see them push Sony’s studios when it comes to titles. Get some competition going; liven up the market. Sony’s games are starting to stale a bit and they need healthier competition to challenge them to innovate their games a bit.

Halo 5 multiplayer was great. It has some flaws but it was solid. Lack of campaign and huge skill gap made it hard to be successful. I’m excited to see what direction they take the series. Do they go Destiny type route or Cod with a BR?

I go back and play some Halo 3 and remember the good times. Then I play some reach and remember the bad times.

Halo 5 MP is great. They’ve kept it updated and I still play it after 5 years. Most online shooters get old after a few months. The campaign wasn’t good at all.

It's on PC at launch. If Halo is going to get revived that will be the platform for it. Hopefully we get pc gameplay and details.

This is probably going to decide whether or not I stick with Xbox or switch back to ps. Had a ps 1 and 2 back in the day as I was mainly an rpg player then I switched to 360 in hs to play halo and gears with friends then got the xbone to do the same. While I still enjoy playing halo online with friends every now n then it seems the older I get the less I like online play and much prefer RPGs. I like to get lost in a story rather than have somebody yelling in my ear for hours. So a PS switch would make most sense since they have all the rpg exclusives. It would hurt some friends feelings tho lol

I loved Halo Reach. The campaign at least

Ninja Theory, Obsidian, Turn 10, The Coalition, Moon, Double Fine, 343, Undead Labs... 8 more that I'm not sure about..lol. These aren't terrible developers. Some of their output has been scarce but there is talent and potential at each one. 1st party output was pitiful for MS this gen but maybe we will see a turn around.

Hellblade was cool, but it's a very niche game. NT hasn't made anything else good
Outer Worlds was a colossal letdown and has me worried about Obsidian
Coalition and 343 are garbage. 2 jabroni developers living off the legacies of better men. Gears 4 was so bad that I didn't even play 5, it felt like a game from 2004. Don't get me started on Halo 4 and 5
Moon is the saving grace here. The Ori games were among the best of this generation.
Don't even know who Turn 10, Double Fine, and Undead Labs are tbh. I'm guessing Turn 10 is Forza based on the their name, but I don't do racing games. Rare is a shell of its former self, and whoever developed the epic fail that was Crackdown 3 should shut their doors.

I actually played halo master chief collection yesterday. Played halo 3 for damn near 5 hours or so. I’m excited, always loved halo.

I wasnt impressed with gear 4 either. Except the some of the skiff portions that killed the pacing I thought 5 was good. May want to give it a try.
