He was on Howard Stern several years ago and at one point when asked about how he got his money he said with a straight face that most of it came via poker and that he has made “around” $50 million playing poker. Lol $50 million..

He improved a leased house to the tune of millions? What a dumbass as those improvements are the landowners now unless he can remove them on lease expiration without damages.

Bad idea, that’s one wreck away and seriously injuring or killing someone and losing your business.
Fuel bill is one thing but the vehicle and insurance is a no no.

Have you seen the house? It's literally like $100+ million dollar house. Renting it makes sense as you can rent for 1-2 years then move to new location for filming.
