Is there really a chance we go back to phase 1?

A couple of weeks ago I would have said no chance.

If the numbers keep trending in the way they are, he will. I have no doubt.

I was at Ochsner Main Campus yesterday - they are only testing symptomatic individuals per the sign on the door. Thus, the percent positive is going to continue to go up.

I think it will take a significant rise in deaths or hospital execs complaining about being overrun for us to return to true phase 1 or lockdown.

Not what I said at all but all right. I just wanted him to add commas, make the borders of uniform thickness, and do away with the Div#0

Hospitalization increase in Baton Rouge and Acadiana Region. Other regions flat or slight decrease.

So sorry I didn't appease you! Please don't be offended- I'll correct IMMEDIATELY!

Well, everything but the thicker lines between sections of the spreadsheet- I prefer it that way so you can see it all the way down the spreadsheet.

Probably about 10% percent of those test are out of NOLA and they are probably around 4.5% positive. So that is skewing the numbers to look better than they are if viewing from a positivity rate.

I would think the % of tests from NOLA would be greater than 10%
