quick update from camp

because they keep asking.


colston did not participate this morning. rode the bike. had his knee drained yesterday, should be out there for this afternoons practice. doesn't want to rush it - which is a good thing, theres no need too.

shockey seems to be fitting in nicely.. he made some good catches this morning, has taken most of the reps. says he's not 100% right now, but that it doesnt matter. no need to be now, this is when you learn the plays. seems like a nice guy.

vilma put pads on for the first time in 10 months today - seems excited to be back on the field.

deuce has been looking good - but he's smaller.. drew brees joked that he's down to the same weight he was when he was a sr. in college.. he's taken a lot of reps - i dont think its all of them.. but is looking good - everyone is pumped to have him back.

former lsu guy devery henderson is catching almost everything that comes his way.

reggie bush looks good too - says that he thinks it paid off a lot to stay in nola this summer instead of going back to LA. he says he feels hhe has something to prove more than in the past, its his third season. i agree.


meacham is doing pretty good as well, says his knee is fine.. david patten has taken him under his wing.. talked a bout a convo with drew brees where drew told him to keep fighting.


colleen dominguez is wearing tight white jeans and a brown tank top. all the men around me seem to enjoy it, so i figured you all may like to know.
