To me the Confederate flag just makes it easier to identify the rednecks.

I agree...I come from a long line of white trash who don't parse words when it comes to racism....it is far better than those among us who are racist pricks but try to pretend otherwise...you know where you stand with the former, the latter are dishonest racist pricks.

The thing is that at least a few of the speedways are not owned by NASCAR And they dont have the right to prevent people from doing what they want

I bet they have a contract with NASCAR that says they will jump through any hoop NASCAR asks them to.

And they damn sure do have the right to prevent people from doing what they want on their property. What if I wanted to live on their property, they wouldn't have the right to ask me to leave and ask the state to help them get me to do so if I didn't comply?

There is nothing controversial about this statement to anyone with a brain

If it is my US flag and I want to burn it, use it as a drop cloth, whatever, it is none of anyones business, especially the state.

I think the same thing applies to animals, by the way. If you own a dog or a chicken and you and another free adult decides they want to engage in fighting either what business is that of anyone? If you want to engage in sex with the damned thing and you ain't doing it in public I don't think the state should interfere. Yes, it is disgusting, but I am in no position to judge what you do with your property as long as it does not damage me....

There goes the bad orange man again, just "lashing out" at every simple question he's asked and provides a straightforward answer to.

Why are so many Republicans fighting to fly a flag that represented Democrats? If the parties didn't switch ideologies(they did) then the Confederacy was majority Democrat.

I guess he’s technically correct, but Trump needs to shut the frick up about the Confederacy. Stick with the speech at Mount Rushmore. If Trump loses after what Ilhan Omar said, the chaos in Democratic cities, and their open hatred for our country, then it’s on him with dumb shite like this.

I've been extremely hard on him for months but this literally is nothing at all. Literally nothing he said was wrong.

I agree with I prefer I stick to Rushmore and Tulsa rally speech rather than bring up bubba. But in the cancel culture we are in this specifically is not bad or wrong.

Then they have the right to restrict what's on their property. Don't agree with them, but they have the right.

I'm 49 and what Americans used to say is this:

I don't agree with what you say but I'd defend with my life your right to say it.

What happened to that America?

Now you can't say something because someone might be offended?

This is insanity.

If you say someone has the right to wave a flag that means you endorse whatever reason they wave it for?

Come on people. Wake the frick up.

POTUS is not afraid to speak the truth and is not afraid of the MSM, cancel culture, BLM, Dems, Antifa, China. etc. He’s encouraging others to speak up.

Bubba did apologize for what happened and I can see why he would think that was a noose. He’s no Jussie Smollett who I think should go to jail forever for what he attempted/planned to do. Stick with shitting all over him because that plays well with everyone.

SCOTUS says nah

Fully aware of Texas v. Johnson. But that has nothing to do with the reasonableness of a political argument to treat the US flag differently.
