Well, its privately owned and on private property. So what should be done with it?

It will be turned into a shrine where all can come and worship.

It'll happen when people like you stop whining about it, put on your big boy pants and make it happen.

But I'm sure you'd rather just hide in your mom's basement and bitch about it on the internet.

Soviets who suffered from communism tore down Lenin statues in the early 90s, and 30 years later, Americans are erecting them.

Clown World.

A glowing Soviet-style red star or Christmas lights have been added to the statue during the holiday season since 2004.[7][22] For the 2004 Solstice Parade, the statue was made to look like John Lennon. During Gay Pride Week, the statue is dressed in drag.[7]

It's privately owned on private land and isn't some communism inspiration. Just some trash a collector picked up and died before he could make proper plans for it. It's a nice little frick you to Russia in a way, and kinda funny it's there of all places.

Putin won't let Trump tear it down unless he pays off his loans in full with a 10 percent penalty

That statue WAS torn down from where it stood in Eastern Europe. And it was re-erected as kitsch - in the fricking US...the ultimate joke on Lenin.

And guess what? YOU STILL KNOW WHO LENIN IS! Isn't that amazing? History wasn't "destroyed" when a statue was removed from its original perch.

Thank you for making the case against yourself.

Leninists and Moaist really blow my mind.

You can make a misguided ideological argument for communism in a bubble, but the actual application is never anything someone should aspire to.
