this was Judge Napolitano's argument on Fox News. That Roberts was just going by precedent that had been set by Texas

Maybe they need to have a real investigation into those adoptions and the Epstein flight??
What a PoS! Another slap in the face for conservatives. I would say Catholics, but that would mean excommunicating Roberts, Pelosi, Biden, Kerry, etc.

Agreed, it’s just that the misses hurt. Nobody is perfect, but damn Roberts is off the deep end

If you haven't noticed, W is pretty much a liberal now. Been loving on Clinton and Obama since Trump got elected. Guess maybe he was all along?

why stop at abortion then? why not let a single mother who can't feed her 3 and 5 year old kids just take them to the nearest "facility" and have them put to sleep like the family dog?

Abortion needs to be legal and readily available. The last thing we need is more unwanted children growing up to be criminals or on welfare.
As long as there’s a progressive/Marxist movement to destroy the nuclear family we’re going to see the indiscriminate murder of millions of children, particularly black children. If you raise children in a home with responsible parents (man/woman) the abortion rate will steadily decline.

Roberts appointments of FISA court judges need questioned.

How did John Roberts get to be chief justice?
In 2005, Roberts was nominated to be an associate justice of the Supreme Court, initially to succeed the retiring Sandra Day O'Connor. When Rehnquist died before Roberts's confirmation hearings began, Bush instead nominated Roberts to fill the Chief Justice position.

That is not bad in theory, but the ends always justify the means for the liberals. Their justice selections always band together on major cases and if they can rope one Republican appointee they win again.
This case and the recent gay right decision are not as big as the media and liberals will make them out to be. There will b much more impactful cases and hopefully Roberts will have gotten over his pique at Trump b then.
It is also way past time Republicans quit fighting the abortion issue and trying to find back door ways to limit or end it. It will not be a winner for them and they won't ;lose the base over it. There is much more harmful social upheaval in the winds and if these people leading the way today get judicial backing we will be a third world country within five years.

Are you actually STUPID ENOUGH to believe that any of the four liberal SCUMBAGS on the Court would ever hesitate for even a f*cking second on reversing an opinion if reversing the opinion suits their political ideology?
If so, the Georgia law on sodomy would still be good law and there would be no gay marriage.

You're anti-science. The doctors keep pushing the age of viability back to earlier in the pregnancy. That alone tells you we're dealing with more than a blob here.

God's word says otherwise..."Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." Jeremiah 1:5
