What were things you couldn’t believe we used to do?

I don’t mean things we look at now. I’m wondering what we’re things that in the 60s, 70s, 80s that people looked back on in the 20s 30s and 40s that people used to do that would seem totally out of place then.
There’s tons to pick from today that we look unfavorably upon but I’m curious what those things were in the times before I was born.

Smoking on an airplane. Going outside to play and riding bikes all over the place but making sure you're on before the street lights were on.
