Denver restaurants and breweries

Heading to Denver for a few days in July, what are some good places to eat and drink? Planning on Odell, Cerebral and Black Project but are there any others I should go to? Also, not looking necessarily to eat and drink at a brewery. Definitely need a good sushi recommendation.

Bierstadt brewery and while you are there you are right by Epic, Crooked Stave, and Great Divide which are all great. Haven’t been to the Odell here in town but it’s in Rino with the others I mentioned so walk around.
Falling Rock is by Coors Field and perhaps the best beer bar in the world. The owner used to run the Gingerman in Houston. It’ll click when you walk in.
A ton of restaurants closing recently so not gonna bother recommending any as they may not exist when you get here.
Sushi Den is a little south of downtown but best sushi place here and I doubt it’ll close. It’s near Black Project. Black Project has stunk so bad the two times I’ve gone there I’ve left. Their sanitation practices can’t be good.
Also if you are against wearing a mask then stay home. They are mandatory to enter anywhere in the city of Denver and they aren’t optional.
Eta- Trve Brewing is a cant miss. It’s kinda between Cerebral and Black Project. I drink more of their stuff than anything else. They are currently take out only as a lot of places are.

Epic Brewing has some phenomenal beer. They also have a bartender from Lafayette who was cool as hell.
Bar Dough had some great pasta and very interesting pizzas and drinks.
I know it’s a chain type of place, but I really, really liked Denver Biscuit Co.

I enjoyed Black Project... obviously go there if you like sours. Our Mutual Friend has a good selection in RiNo. I would go to Epic too while in the neighborhood.
If you want to drop some money on good sushi, go to Uchi and get omakase.

You gotta hit Denver Biscuit Company for breakfast one day. La Loma for Mexican food and Steubens was a hidden gem we found last summer.

Rino for breweries. Star bar is excellent.

Brewery-wise, definitely grab something from TRVE while you're in town. I think they're to-go only right now, but they do some killer sours. Also, I like Ratio and Our Mutual Friend in the Rino area.
Be sure to try beer from Weldwerks and Outer Range while you're up here. They're both a ways out of town (Greeley and Frisco), but they make probably the best IPA's in the state.
Food wise, Sushi Den is easily the best sushi in town but it's a little pricey.
Adelita's is directly next door to Black Project and is really good. A few other restaurants that I can suggest are Angelo's, The Odyssey, Tacos Tequila Whiskey, Cochino Taco, Ash'Kara, Mister Oso, Hops & Pie, Park Burger, and OneFold.
