I'm suddenly drawing a blank here, I feel like this point has been addressed ad nauseam.....would ALL African Americans get reparations payments? Or otherwise how does one prove they're descendant of a slave?

What does this mean for people like Harris or Michelle Obama, whose families were known slave traders?

Notice never is it said that leaving is an option. Why get some money and stay in a place you supposedly are oppressed by? This has nothing to do with equality but getting a lump sum handout.

Compare what their current quality of life is compared to what the quality of life is for someone their age right now in their country of origin. If the average life there is better, pay them the dif.
