Was Carley pregnant? I can’t remember if I read that or not. Either way, I still think I’d be curled up in a fetal position in a dark room and drinking myself into oblivion. You’re never “old enough” to deal with something so tragic. But the fact that he is so young and has picked himself up off the mat so quickly, is truly amazing. I’m probably close to 20 years older than him, and he’s a better man than me. I have so much respect and admiration for him and his and her family and wish nothing but God’s blessing on them all. Truly an inspiration, even for an old(er) fart like me.

Assumption has a solid program. Keith Menard left Central Lafourche and was recently named HC there.

why? Are you 12? Why would a man ever burn a bridge with a former employer? I guarantee you they supported him 1000000%.

AHS is my alma mater. It’s pretty awesome to have him there. The previous coach built a solid program. He has some good horses to work with.

I truly hope he can find some kind of peace. Damn that plant to hell for not letting him off for a playoff game. And you know the main reason he didn’t tell them to pound sand was because he wanted to support Carley and their future kids...

The head coach that hired him was my high school football coach. He’s a good coach and a good guy in my experience. This is a brilliant move by him to get access to the playbook that just broke all of the college football records. He was also a qb at Nichols in the 80’s.

Class of 08. If your username DeafJam73 is your football nickname, then I know who you are.

Here's my favorite part of the article:

quote:

And for those LSU fans who might be wondering what LSU's offense will look like without Joe Burrow, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Justin Jefferson and others, Ensminger believes people might be shocked by the 2020 team.

"They have a lot of weapons returning," he said. "They have a lot of weapons at receivers, even young guys coming in. The running backs, the offensive line will be good. Myles (Brennan) is going to shock a lot of people. I've always admired Myles and his abilities, attention to detail and work ethic. He's taken a leadership role and everybody's excited to be back. I think a lot of people will be shocked at just how good they will be."

Tony Paine did a great job and the program doesn’t need to be turned around they went 9-1 and lost to a loaded Westgate team in the 2nd round.
