One of the comments on that page shows an 'explanation' of what happened
: The man was trying on a shirt him and his brother and they asked the white gentleman is this share to tie the white gentleman was on his phone and looked up and said yeah whatever then got back to his phone conversation...And told the other person on the phone all it was nothing just a n******..And thats why he beat his arse and thats why the white man is saying sorry...the person who is sharing this is racist themselves...trying to change the narrative

No way that white guy laying on the ground pleading with the perp called anyone the N word. That guy, judging by the fact that he just laid down with zero retaliation, has probably never used the word especially to a thug like that. The camera guy also is snickering which means the encounter probably went like this:
