Pretty much making up MEG. IDEX comes out with a clarification right afterwards because they know the lawsuits will be flying soon

As indicated above. These things are all very similar. Lots of PR on small profits. Manage debt by selling shares to insiders. They are essentially valuing their company between $.59 and $1.01 based on some recent debt “restructuring”. Typical how to pump and dump

. Potential shareholder lawsuit

another one.
y’all can have this one I wouldn’t go near it

IDEX may very well be a complete fraud but these lawsuits and accusatory reports are equally absurd.

The cover page of that report is two wrestlers, it writes like a bitter teenager at times

They are often times just trying to find a whistleblower to expose a fraud and then retain them to collect 1/3 of the recovery from the securities fine. The companies don’t actually have enough money to pay shareholders, unless they pay them with more useless shares to further dilute.

So the CEO has been tweeting some good stuff over the weekend. One shows a live video of the MEG facility. Go and check it out. I’m thinking we see a short squeeze tomorrow.

IDEX is giving a presentation and answering questions on Tuesday. I’d imagine he will address any questions. It is pretty obvious they aren’t a fraud.

With your usual pump and dump stocks, all you hear is crickets from them when they get called out like this.

I sold off most of my position today at 2.25. I do think most of the risk is probably gone now that the ceo has debunked a lot of the scam issues.

What is with all these lawsuits being filed against them? I feel like that's 5 or 6 of them now.

With everything I've seen and read about the situation I feel like IDEX got hosed by hindenberg and j capitol. But all these lawsuits I see keep going after Ideanomics

Looks like they had a pretty big pop this month. The smaller market cap is a little concerning. What do you think for a buy in price?

They just had a Q&A with their CEO/CFO. One of my big take aways was that they are NOT an EV producer.

My interpretation of what they said was that they were more of a broker between the producer and the car dealership. They would essentially buy the EV Vehicles from the manufacturer and then find a dealership to sell them at.

Did anyone else watch and have a different interpretation?

Wait a second here...

When you invested, you actually thought they built EV's?

To be quite honest, I bought this off a whim from Witness without doing DD. I’m not very knowledgeable in the aspect of how the whole car exchange thing works. That’s what I get for watching the Stocktwits threads. Rookie mistake.

I think that’s what they’ve said all along. They are just a broker.
